WorkTrophy is a platform that helps individuals send peer recognition gifts to colleagues. We provide a structured way to write a message, select a gift product, and generate a checkout link through a third-party provider.

WorkTrophy is not a payment processor, a gift retailer, or an HR platform. We are an independent service with no affiliation to any employer, company, or HR software.

You may use WorkTrophy to send genuine, good-faith recognition to a colleague. That's what it's built for.

You may not use WorkTrophy to:

• Harass, intimidate, or send unwanted contact to any person
• Send fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading gifts or messages
• Impersonate another person as the sender
• Spam recipients with unsolicited gifts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the platform

We reserve the right to block or remove any gift that violates these terms, and to restrict access to users who abuse the platform.

WorkTrophy does not sell or fulfil gifts. When you click the checkout link, you are redirected to a third-party provider (such as Amazon). Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that provider, subject to their terms of service.

WorkTrophy has no responsibility for: product availability, delivery, refunds, returns, or any aspect of the purchase experience once you leave our platform.

Checkout links may include an affiliate referral tag (e.g. Amazon Associates). This does not affect the price you pay. Commissions, if any, help support the platform.

The message you write is yours. By submitting it, you grant WorkTrophy a limited licence to store and display it as part of the gift, solely for the purpose of delivering the recognition experience.

You are responsible for ensuring your message is appropriate, truthful, and not harmful. Don't write things you wouldn't say to someone's face.

WorkTrophy is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running well, but we make no guarantees about uptime, delivery of emails, or the availability of any particular gift product.

To the extent permitted by law, WorkTrophy's liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for most users, is nothing.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If changes are significant, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use WorkTrophy after changes means you accept them.
